Refunds
SyncIris does not offer refunds of Licence Fees. If you have purchased a licence by mistake, please email us immediately at contact@synciris.com and we will do our best to assist you.
Ordering
Purchasing a licence on SyncIris.com is a easy as finding the song that you want, adding it to your cart and selecting the usage requirements, and then paying the licence fee. You can either pay on the spot or have an invoice emailed to you for payment. After payment you will be able to download a file containing the lossless version of the song, the Licence Agreement and a receipt.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
When you have a song or songs added to your cart, you can proceed to checkout by clicking the button of the same name. If you have a discount coupon code, you should enter it on the cart page. On the checkout page you will be prompted to register or login. You must be a registered user to license through SyncIris.com. Once you have logged in, you will be guided through the checkout process and will be required to enter and confirm information relating to the license use. You can then either pay on the spot or have an invoice emailed to you for payment. After payment you will be able to download a file containing the lossless version of the song, the Licence Agreement and a receipt.
Viewing Orders
Once you have completed our order, you can access it at any time by clicking on the My Account link on the top right of the page when logged in, and then navigating to My Orders on the left hand of the page.
Updating Account Information
When you are logged in, you can update your account information at any time by clicking on the My Account link on the top right of the page, and then navigating to Account Information and Address Book.
